Equipment

  • Stopwatch
  • Bench or step
  • Water bottle
  • Hat (if outside)
  • Towel 

Circuit

Complete three sets of the below exercises with a two minute rest between sets.

  1. Superman Jumps x 20
  2. Squat Jumps x 20
  3. Bench Push Up x 20
  4. Bench Step Ups x 20
