Throwing Drills

It's important to stay active while you're studying and working from home. Take some time out of each day to complete one of our health and fitness activities.

Q. What runs around a cricket oval but never moves? 

A. The fence!

Equipment

  • Round ball (netball, basketball, volleyball etc)
  • Partner
  • Water Bottle
  • Hat (if outside)

Activity

Hone your passing skills! Complete the following:

  • Chest Passes x 20
  • Shoulder Passes x 20 (each arm)
  • Bounce Passes x 20
  • Lob Passes x 20

When you have completed the above, see how many of each type of passes you can do without dropping the ball. Aim to reach 100!
