Time to get moving! Access a new workout each day to experience a range of different exercises. If you do not have the right equipment or are not interested in a particular workout, you can repeat a workout from another day this week.
Monday - Circuit Training 1
Tuesday - Rhythmic Dance Session 1
Wednesday - Circuit Training 2
Thursday - Tic, Tac, Toe
Friday - Circuit Training 3
