Time to get moving! Access a new workout each day to experience a range of different exercises. If you do not have the right equipment or are not interested in a particular workout, you can repeat a workout from another day this week or last week.
Monday - Yoga at Home 1
Tuesday - Circuit Training 4
Wednesday - Rhythmic Dance Session 2
Thursday - Meditation and Mindfulness
Friday - Throwing Drills
