Time to get moving! Access a new workout each day to experience a range of different exercises. If you do not have the right equipment or are not interested in a particular workout, you can repeat a workout from another day this week or the previous two weeks.
Monday - Circuit Training 5
Tuesday - Basket Training
Wednesday - Circuit Training 6
Thursday - Soccer Drills
Friday - Rhythmic Dance Session 3
